To Clean the inspection wheel follow the instructions below:

To Clean the inspection wheel, lift the lid and unscrew the knob while putting light pressure to hold the wheel in place. Pull straight up on the sort plate and remove
Clean the debris from the plate and place back onto the rotator. Notice where the holes are and be sure to line up when replacing.
Rotate the sort wheel until it locks into place and no longer spins easily by hand. It will drop into place. While pressing down on the sort disk, replace the black knob and tighten to touch. Be sure not to over-tighten, but tighten enough to ensure the sort wheel stays fixed in place during operation. Place the cover back in the down position and re-attach the coin feeder
